A moist vanilla cake with layers of vanilla bean mousse. The cake is masked whith a white crème anglaise gelée, Finished off with some fine coconut pieces around the side . A light sprinkle of Almonds to finish the cake.

Strawberries n cream Layer Cake

Three moist layers of strawberry flavoured cake with two layers of our fruity strawberry cheesecake mousse. The cake is masked with a crème and strawberry anglaise. A dusting of white chocolate shards over the cake to finish.

Marzbar Cheesecake

A layer of our moist chocolate cake topped with a layer of caramel and chocolate cheesecake and garnished with caramel and chocolate fudge pieces and dark chocolate ganache

Sticky date individual

A light individual date pudding topped with a swirl of our creamy caramel and a covering of caramel ganache and chopped fudge pieces. Best served warm
